Chloe Dallimore
She/her
Founder & Director of HOH Pilates
Chloë is the Founder and Owner of Head Over Heals Pilates and is the Xtend Barre International Director of Training. She is one of Xtend Barre’s Master Trainers in Australia and New Zealand. She attended her first Xtend Barre class in Sydney, Australia in late 2010 and was immediately addicted. Six months later she became an Xtend Barre instructor. Twelve months later she was honoured to be asked to become a Teacher Trainer. For the past 18 months, Chloe has had the joy of working with and mentoring the most stunning women across Australia and New Zealand. Every question a training instructor asks, reinforces Chloe’s passion for, and belief in, the Xtend Barre method. Prior to joining the Xtend Barre family, Chloe trained in classical ballet from an early age. A severe arm injury whilst studying dance performance in London, lead her to the Pilates Method. Her own rehabilitation via Pilates inspired her to commence training as a Pilates instructor with Alan Heardman in London. For the past 15 years, Chloe has had parallel careers, running her own business, Head Over Heals Pilates, whilst also pursuing a career as an award-winning leading lady of Musical Theatre in productions such as Chicago-The Musical, The Producers and The Addams Family throughout the UK, Australia and Asia. She delights in combining her passion for theatre and Xtend Barre, finding both worlds constantly overlapping.

Beth Penney
-
Like many practitioners, Beth’s Pilates journey began via a personal injury affliction, a means to rehabilitation and pain management. As a pre professional dancer, Beth suffered a serious back injury in her early twenties that initially incited a cease in first her love, but upon discovery of Pilates and a commitment to regular practice she found her way back to the DF. Beth’s drive and determination to see others succeed is readily apparent in her teaching style. Her empathy for those who enter the studio feeling deflated, frustrated and in physical pain is heartfelt, and her ability to discover human courage to conquer fear is the reason her classes are continually waitlisted.
Beth’s interactions with special populations within Dance and Pilates is where she locates her favourite vocational experiences. She believes in infinite possibilities and unrestricted entry to anyone willing to put on a pair of Pilates socks. If you have a challenge believing in yourself, Beth will show you how.
Beth has a full studio accreditation with STOTT Pilates and a lifetime of experience using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Her repertoire is vast and as a result her classes are full of variety underpinned by a genuine care for her clients.

Sarah Goring
-
Originally from England, Sarah moved to Sydney in October 2015 as part of an internal transfer with her employer at the time, Ernst & Young. Despite her Mathematical & Finance background, Sarah has always been extremely active and interested in health and fitness. She was part of her University Trampolining and kick boxing teams and is a lover of long walks. Sarah’s other passion is running, which she used to do regularly before suffering an injury in August 2018. In seeking an activity that combined low-impact exercise with a cardiovascular element (as well as something that stopped her going totally crazy in her demanding Finance job!), she was introduced to Barre as a client just before COVID lockdown struck. It was through participating in hundreds of Zoom classes throughout this time that she fell in love with Barre.
Sarah dived headfirst into the world of health and fitness less than three years ago, when she left her job as a Financial Analyst and started as Studio Manager of Xtend Barre Bondi Junction. She successfully qualified as a Barre Instructor in August 2022 and began teaching classes immediately. Alongside teaching Barre, Bungee Barre and Strength classes, Sarah has completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness at the Australian College of Sport & Fitness. She is currently working towards both a Nutrition Certification with Precision Nutrition, and a Comprehensive Pilates Matwork Qualification with Polestar Pilates.
Sarah is a deeply empathetic, energetic and positive individual, who always seeks to challenge herself, learn and grow. She likes to make her classes fun and tries to make clients laugh whenever possible!

Cie'Jai Zarb
-
Dance has been a part of Cie’Jai’s life since she was able to walk. She went on to study classical ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary/modern ballet, Pilates, character and performed in troupes with the Halloween School of Dance for over 12+ years. She also featured in the original Wiggles Movie and has performed on stage singing at various parades and festivals.
In taking a break from dancing she was a successful equestrian rider, journalist and now works as a Marketer at Sydney Opera House.
She’s also dabbled with Latin and Tango dancing and been doing yoga for 7+ years. Cie'Jai’s passion for music and dance runs through her veins. If there’s a tune playing she’ll be the one up dancing.
After her first Xtend Barre class she was hooked. Combining her previous love of barre work with discipline and hard work (with rewards), she knew she’d found her ‘dance home’ and was thankful a friend had recommended it to her. Cie'Jai became an instructor in 2018.
When out of the Studio you’ll find Cie'Jai walking her dog Eeky and enjoying all the eastern beaches has to offer.
Cie'Jai hopes to inspire, encourage and motivate her clients while laughing and smiling along the journey to be your best version of yourself. She’s keen to help her clients get stronger both physically and mentally in a supportive environment.

Alisa Pensola
-
Alisa is originally from Finland and have called Sydney a home for the past 6 and a half years. She has been a student of yoga for 6 years and after all the covid hurdles and restrictions she finally achieved her dream of becoming a certified yoga teacher in November 2021 through the BodyMindLife with Noelle Connolly.
Her way of teaching is quite similar to her personal practise. She loves a good juicy flow where every movement is conscious, and she loves a good balance of fiery energy paired with slow, mindful movement.
Her classes will be generally themed around either working with a specific body part, chakra or yogic philosophy.

Mandy Galmes
-
Mandy started practising yoga more than twenty years ago as a way to manage anxiety. A former dancer, she immediately found familiarity in the way yoga unites the body, breath, and mind through movement from one pose to another. The mat became a safe space that allowed her to become fully present in the moment. Now, as a business leader and mum of three man-children, yoga and meditation are integral to Mandy’s health and wellbeing.
Mandy has had the opportunity to learn under the guidance of teachers including Simon Borg-Olivier & Bianca Machliss, Noelle Connolly, Rachael Coopes, Kat Clayton and Norma Nelson. She recently undertook her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at BodyMindLife in Sydney. This sparked an even deeper passion for yoga and yoga philosophy.Mandy teaches an energetic yoga flow that is grounded in the traditional hatha yoga style with a focus on building physical and emotional strength and flexibility. Her classes combine movement with breath and integrate pranayama (breath control) and mediation. Classes are structured to help students understand, experience and explore the asana - physical shapes - with a sense of playfulness and curiosity.
Mandy’s classes assume some prior yoga experience but are accessible to students of all abilities and fitness levels.
When she’s not teaching yoga, you’ll find Mandy on the pilates reformer, swimming at Clovelly Beach where she is a volunteer surf lifesaver, skiing or hiking in Thredbo, walking her dogs along our Sydney’s iconic coastline or hanging with her girlfriends.
