ChloE Dallimore

Founder & Director of HOH Pilates

She/her

Chloë is the Founder and Owner of Head Over Heals Pilates, with over 25 years of experience empowering bodies through Pilates and mindful movement. She’s been doing this for so long that it was called Contrology or Body Control when she first began training almost 30 years ago.

A severe arm injury at 17, whilst studying dance performance in London, lead her to the Pilates Method. When hospital rehab left her unable to balance on one leg, her right elbow frozen at a 45 degree angle and a dire prognosis for further recovery and future career options, Chloë went searching for answers and discovered one of the first Reformer “labs” in the basement of a professional dance studio. She created her own rehabilitation pathway, which inspired her to commence her formal training in Pilates, at a time when it was about apprenticeship and years of watching and witnessing the experts.
